Appointment Rules

Appointments can be made by calling us on (02) 9556 2188 and certain types of appointments can also be booked online via HOTDOC.

If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel your appointment (at least 2 hours prior).


Patients who book and do not attend their appointments regularly, will be blocked for making future bookings.

We apologise to those who have wanted to be seen urgently but are unable to, due to unavailability of appointment times.

​We will always try our best to allocate you in the earliest time slot. But should your symptoms deteriorate and become urgent and severe, please call an ambulance or proceed to our nearest emergency department in St George Hospital.

Workers Compensation

 - Charged according to SIRA schedule of fees.

 - In the event of payment rejected by employer or employer’s insurer, the                patient is ultimately responsible for settling the cost of treatments in full.
